The Process
Karen specializes in working with individuals and families on issues related to substance abuse and mental health. As a Certified Peer Advocate and Licensed CASAC (Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor), Karen is dedicated to helping clients recognize and address their concerns with drugs or alcohol. Karen works with individuals as well as the whole family, regarding substance abuse and mental health-related issues.
Approach to Recovery Coaching
For recovery coaching to be successful, clients hopefully will be fully committed to the recovery process. This journey requires ongoing trust, open-mindedness, self-examination, and a willingness to embrace change. After three months of working together, you'll have the tools needed to start living a new, healthier lifestyle. It's important to understand that this is a change in how you live. It is a process.
Client Commitment
To ensure personalized attention and effective coaching, Karen limits her services to no more than three clients per three-month cycle. This applies to both in-person and virtual sessions.
Payment Information
Please note that Karen does not accept insurance. A three-month payment plan can be discussed during your complimentary fifteen-minute intake session.
