Who She Helps

Built for individuals who value privacy, discretion, and personalized support.

Karen works with individuals in two distinct situations. Some are returning home after treatment and want personalized support to strengthen and sustain their recovery in everyday life. Others recognize that alcohol or substance use is affecting their overall life, but are unable to step away from their careers, families, or responsibilities to seek support. In both cases, recovery is built around the life they already have, with the same level of privacy, discretion, and individualized guidance.

Her Approach

An alternative to rehab, and the coach for after it.

Recovery is not built during treatment alone, it is built in everyday life. Karen provides the guidance, accountability, and one-on-one support that helps clients create lasting recovery, whether they are just beginning the process or returning home after treatment.

Treatment Centers and Referral Partners

Confidential aftercare, and an alternative to residential treatment

Karen takes referrals in two situations: clients leaving a treatment program who need aftercare, and clients who need a private, confidential alternative to residential treatment.

In Their Words

Quiet results, from people who needed them to stay quiet.

I've gone to two rehabs. My therapist referred me to reach out to Karen before trying to get sober by going to yet another rehab. With Karen's help and commitment, I am sober today and live a sober life.
Pat, NY
Karen is an amazing coach and an amazing person with boundless knowledge and energy. She has gone well beyond helping me start and maintain sobriety by providing advice and counsel in many areas of my life.
Bill, NY
Not only has Karen helped me get sober, but she also supported my family during the process. Fortunate to have been referred to her.
Kim, IL
Karen literally saved my life. I met her at my lowest point, and she made me feel comfortable immediately. She is an incredible listener. I didn’t believe her when she said I could get sober and feel better within 90 days, but she was right. She was there for me whenever I needed her, with no extra charge for calls or texts. It was like doing rehab from home. Ten months sober, I am transformed: I have found purpose, my marriage is better, and my life is renewed.

Questions

What to expect, plainly.

How does coaching work?

Karen provides private, structured support built into your real life: regular one-on-one sessions, accountability, and a plan for staying sober through work, travel, and family. For some clients that means getting sober without ever leaving home. For others it means making the progress from treatment hold.

How is this different from rehab or therapy?

Karen is a recovery coach, not a rehab and not a therapist. For clients who cannot step away for thirty to ninety days, she is a private alternative that builds sobriety into a working life. For clients leaving treatment, she is the ongoing relationship that turns a discharge plan into a life that holds.

Is it confidential?

Yes. Working with Karen means dealing directly and only with Karen. Your inquiry reaches her, not an intake team or a shared organizational system, and she reads and responds to every message herself. That is a level of personal discretion an institution cannot match.

Who does Karen support?

Karen works with executives, professionals, public figures, athletes, families, and referral partners. That includes people getting sober without stepping away from their lives, and people who need discreet support after leaving treatment.

When you are ready, the first conversation is private and without obligation.
